MyPlanningDesk (myplanningdesk.com) is a free financial planning tools website. We provide interactive planning tools that help users organise and structure their financial lives. We are not a financial services company and do not provide regulated financial advice.
Information we do NOT collect
Our planning tools are designed to run entirely in your browser. This means:
- We do not collect, transmit, or store any financial information you enter into our tools.
- We do not require account creation or email registration to use our tools.
- We do not sell, share, or monetise any personal data.
- Your income, expenses, savings targets, and plan details never leave your device.
If you choose to save your plan using our optional save feature, that data is stored locally on your device using browser localStorage and is not accessible to us.
Information we do collect
Contact emails: If you email us at hello@myplanningdesk.com, we retain your email address and message for the purpose of responding to you. We do not add you to any mailing list without your explicit consent.
Email newsletter (if you subscribe): If you choose to subscribe to our email updates, we collect your email address for that purpose only. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Standard server logs: Like all websites, our hosting provider automatically logs basic access data (IP address, browser type, pages visited, timestamps). This is used for security and performance monitoring only.
Cookies and advertising
MyPlanningDesk displays advertisements through Google AdSense. Google uses cookies to serve ads based on your browsing activity. These cookies are set by Google, not by us.
You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google’s Ads Settings.
We do not use any other advertising networks or tracking cookies beyond those set by Google AdSense.
Third-party services

Your rights
